When the Computer Mechanic arrives he will:

1. Configure passwords
2. Create user profiles
3. Adjust system settings
4. Install PC diagnostics floppy/CD
5. Run the PC configuration program
6. Restart the PC to verify that all components have been configured

Computer Mechanic will call to schedule an appointment within 1 business day. Price includes trip fee.

Please NOTE:
1. PC must be immediately available to the Technician during the scheduled appointment.
2. Work area must be clean and easily accessible.
3. PC must be in good working condition.
5. Computer Mechanic is not responsible for operating system failure.

PC Installation

Need your PC installed? Leave it to an expert to install it for you.

When the Computer Mechanic arrives he will:

1. Install the following: Monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer & scanner
2. Turn equipment on and off
3. Check all file drives (CD,DVD,etc.)
4. Load paper
5. Test print
6. Test the scanner
7. Provide a brief tutorial on the Start Menu, Help Menu, Control Panel

Computer Mechanic will call to schedule an appointment within 1 business day. Price includes trip fee.

Please NOTE:
1. Paper and ink/toner must be on hand prior to the Technician's arrival.
2. Computer Mechanic will NOT configure PC.
3. Computer Mechanic will NOT complete any type of tutorial beyond a basic orientation (15 minutes max).
