When the Computer Mechanic arrives he will:

1. Delete Internet cookies
2. Delete temporary internet files
3. Run Scandisk
4. Begin Defragmentation
5. Reduce the amount of Hard Drive space allotted to the recycle bin to 2MB.

Computer Mechanic will call to schedule an appointment within 1 business day. Price includes trip fee.

Please NOTE:
1. Computer Mechanic will begin defragmentation, explain the process and provide the proper contact information in case there are any complications.
2. Computer Mechanic will provide instructions on how to proceed after defragmentation process is completed.
3. PC must be immediately available to the Technician during the scheduled appointment.
4. PC must be in good working order.
